We take pride in our product and will honor returns in the form of an exchange only. If you have received a pair of Belle Cristal Boots with a factory defect [such as: torn seam, loose thread, loose or missing crystal(s)] please contact Belle Cristal within 21 days after delivery and we will gladly replace the unworn boots.
If you have received a pair of Belle Cristal Boots and are not satisfied with the fit please contact us within 14 days after delivery and we will gladly exchange your boots for a different size. Exchanges accepted only within 14 days of receiving your product (For exchange all boots must be unworn and in original condition). Exchanges for manufacturer defects accepted withing 21 days of receiving your product. We suggest trying your boot on soft carpet to keep them in their original condition.
All of our boots are shipped by FedEx (signature required) and will be delivered 6-12 weeks from the time of purchase.
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase, not upon shipment of your order.
All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours.
When returning, keep glue and extra crystals with the boots in the box and give a copy of your reason for exchange, what size you are requesting, your full name, and a return shipping label so we can ship boots back to you.
RETURNING NEW MERCHANDISE
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise that you purchased from Belle Cristal, you may return it to us in its original condition, for exchange only.
- Merchandise that has been worn, altered, or monogrammed cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Please read below about our policy for returning defective merchandise.
- You must return the new, unused merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached in the original packaging. All returns must be in the original packaging in new, sale-able condition with all documentation and promotional items.
- Ship your return prepaid via using the carrier of your choice. Belle Cristal Sales will not accept COD shipments. Your package should be insured and freight paid and have a tracking number issued to confirm delivery.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- All return shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Merchandise must not show any signs of wear or use, and all original tags must be attached and original packaging included.
- Store credit will be applied to an exchange of a lesser value item.
- Allow 3-5 days after receipt of your return merchandise for your exchange request to be processed.
RETURNING DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Items with a manufacturer defect may be exchanged or refunded
All our items are warranted by the manufacturer to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. We reserve the right to return items to the manufacturer for expert inspection prior to authorizing credit.
Boot manufacturers have the option to issue full credit, partial credit (prorated for wear) or repair the boots. Manufacturers do not warrant soles or heels against wear, nor do they repair, replace or give credit for boots that have been damaged due to customer neglect, abuse or misuse.
